Saved Specsavers Group £1m year on year since 1992 supplying 1600 operational / marketing print items to their 1200 stores across UK / Europe on a daily basis.
Since working with Specsavers we have continually reviewed products and workflow for a number of their key print items. To date we have totally redesigned a number of mission critical items and developed a tailored online ordering platform that facilitates a diverse range of products whilst ensuring the Specsavers brand integrity is maintained. These business efficiencies have delivered 40% savings to the group on annual print costs.
We serve 1,200 Specsavers stores on a daily basis, providing carrier bags, labels, printed stationery, corporate merchandise, books, pads, wallets and operational print products.

Initially Triform took responsibility for their non core logistics / supply programme, which comprised all operational products required to run a store. Triform undertook storing and supplying 442 print & operational core products to 241 stores worldwide on a daily basis.
Triform now produce various POS campaigns on behalf of Superdry. These campaigns require the sourcing and production of numerous language specific printed components, ranging from stickers, vinyls, canvases and in store POS.
We worked with Triform for the first time this season for the print and distribution of our seasonal point of sale materials for our UK and international stores.

Saved Game Group £750.000 in the first year whilst consistently supporting them with ongoing savings over subsequent years. Supplying 1,118 operational in store print products to 300 stores on a daily basis.
Our initial review of GAME’s print procurement and service to stores highlighted numerous short comings. Key problems that needed to be tackled centred upon poor service to GAME stores with only 52% fulfilment rates, high levels of obsolescence and continual stock out positions for critical line items. In addition there were too many suppliers with no benchmarking, no measured reporting and no brand management.
By providing GAME with a total print and brand management service, we achieved fulfilment levels of 99.8%. GAME’s wastage/obsolescence was reduced by over 50% and the number of suppliers reduced from 64 to 1.
We served over 330 GAME stores on a daily basis with a range of 1,300 products. We supplied labels, wall headers, shelf strips, till rolls, tape, books, pads, brochures, badges, acrylics, packaging and security products. Ordering was made online from a dedicated catalogue of products. To enable greater control with simplified accounting, we issued 18 management reports and a single consolidated invoice on a monthly basis.
